Diod v0.1.0.38 — Mine ladders and workers that look farther Interact with a completed shaft ladder (E or DualSense Square) to attach, then move forward/backward to climb. Jump or Circle lets go; V is an alternative toggle. The top exit clears a normal shaft opening. Ladder attachment is included in player checkpoints. Workers are no longer restricted to a 90-metre circle around their job. They can walk to known supply containers and stations across the island. When a required resource is missing, they explore dry routes incrementally and save their search destination and history. Terrain and resources continue streaming around the actual worker, rather than loading the whole island. Workers still carry supplies physically, consume real materials, and handle their needs. Workers can fell trees for sticks as well as logs. An equipped axe lets them gather branches without first needing a backpack for heavy logs. Tree interaction recognises the target trunk, and an ongoing route calculation is no longer mistaken for a stuck worker. Continue your existing save. Save format remains 12. Close Diod before replacing the application; saves remain outside the application. Limits: this is physical navigation, not teleportation. Inaccessible routes, missing resources and full destination containers can still block work. Workers do not simulate while the game is closed. Physical DualSense/Bluetooth feel, Intel Mac and Windows/Linux GPU behavior are not newly verified. Full final-package validation is recorded in validation.json.
